Job Description
- Working in the Cardiac Catheter Laboratory undertaking a clinical work load which includes Pre and Post procedure care, Arterial puncture competencies and cardiac Monitoring.
- Scrubbing for a case load of patients undergoing cardiac catheterisation and pacing.
- Desirable for applicant to scrub for more complex cases for example proceed to PCI, insertion of IABP, IVUS, and pressure wire studies, EPS Studies. Interventional Radiology cases are admitted to the Cath lab as well as Vascular Access Procedures – but all training will be given within these areas.
