Speech & Language Therapy Job Description:

• South West London, UK
• Band 6 or 7
• Community role for adults with learning disabilities.
• To be responsible for the delivery of Speech and Language Therapy within the Learning DisabilityTeam providing assessment and implementing specialist SLT treatment and programmes of care, writing reports, reflecting specialist knowledge.
• To provide specialist assessment, diagnosis and intervention for clients with complex acquired speech, language and swallowing difficulties
• To autonomously manage a caseload of adults and older people with complex speech, language or swallowing difficulties
• To line manage and clinically supervise Speech and Language Therapists within the LD team.

Requirements:

* HCPC registered

* Current DBS

* 1 year post grad experience

* Valid passport/visa
