Principal Clinical, Counselling, Forensic Psychologist Band 8a/b Job Description

• Principal Clinical, Counselling, Forensic Psychologist Band 8a/8b
• Essex
• ASAP
• 12 weeks
• £40 - £42 per hour depending on experience

Requirements

• Previous experience working in Forensic Mental Health
• To act as a Principle Psychologist for a new Specialist Community Forensic Team (SCFT) and to support the Head of Secure Service Psychology and the Clinical Director Secure Services in providing outpatient community care to secure and forensic services
• Will be required to travel between sites so must be a car driver with access to own vehicle
• Doctoral level training in Clinical, Counselling, or Forensic Psychology or equivalent, including specifically models of psychopathology, clinical psychometrics and neuropsychology, two or more distinct psychological therapies and lifespan developmental psychology as accredited by the BPS 
• DBS or Police Check
• Registered with HCPC
