Clinical/Counselling Psychologist Band 7/8a or BABCP Accredited Therapist Band 7 (high intensity) Job Description

• Adult Community Mental Health Team - 
• Assessment and treatment of often high risk patients presenting with severe depression, trauma, psychosis, OCD, personalitydisorder
• 4 months - for a wait list clearance project
• Band 7: £29 per hour
• Band 8a: £34.50

Requirements

• Post graduate doctoral level training in clinical or counselling psychology or BABCP accredited equivalent qualifications
• Significant proven experience of specialist psychological assessment and treatment of clients across the full range of care settings, including outpatient, community and inpatient setting
• Significant experience of working with a wide variety of client groups, across the whole life course presenting problems that reflect the full range of clinical severity
• NHS experience
• DBS or Police Check
• Psychologists: HCPC Registered 
• Therapists: BABCP accredited
