Community Mental Health Practitioner Band 7 Job Description

• Rough Sleeper Mental Health Project
• Providing mental and social care for homeless people who are not already in contact with statutory services
• North West London
• 6 months (possibility of going perm)
• Up to £25 per hour depending on experience

Requirements

• RMN with current NMC registration OR
• SW with current HCPC registration (Social Work England) OR
• OT with current HCPC registration
• Must have experience of working in a setting that has provided care for people with mental health who were acutely and chronically ill
• Must have an understanding of the particular needs of homeless clients with enduring mental health problems
