Job Description

The school are looking to appoint an ambitious and enthusiastic year 1 class teacher who will join a highly committed team. This is a full-time role teaching a class of 30 children with a culturally diverse cohort, with a high percentage of EAL students. You will be working alongside an experienced SLT offering full support.         

• Long term cover, Mainstream Year 1 Teacher role
• Full time Monday - Friday
• Pay £140-£190 per day
• Potential to progress & CPD provided

 Requirements

• QTS / PGCE
• An understanding and experience of working in mainstream schools
• Good-Outstanding lesson/placement grades
• Strong classroom-based references
• A Valid DBS/police checks
• Eligibility to work in the UK (must have valid visa)
