• Speciality - Band 8a Locum Senior Pharmacist 
• Location - Sheffield
• Start date - Asap
• Contract Length:  9 Months
• Rate: £25 ph gross (umbrella)
• Role: To implement some projects and improvements to a hospital trust's discharge process & medicines management.

Requirements

• Valid Passport/Visa
• Fully compliant and cleared to work
• DBS
