Occupational Therapist Job Description

• Speciality - Band 6 Mental Health
• Location - Oxford
• Start date - ASAP
• Contract length -  3 months
• Pay Rates - £24-£26 per hours
• 37.5 hours per week
  
• Monday - Friday, 09:00-05:00 shifts
  
• Flexible and compressed working patterns can be considered
• Some home working, however visits to patients are required at times for face to face support, or for medication needs. 
• Duty worker is based in the Whiteleaf centre, team office, but frequency of this is one day every two weeks. 
• Holding a caseload of approximately 28 cases, dependent on complexity. 
• Supporting patients in the community with a variety of mental health and social care needs. 
• Clinical and managerial supervision is provided 4 weekly. 
• Virtual daily morning MDT meetings are held to discuss the clients we are most concerned about.
• Experience of care coordination work is essential. 
• A car is required.

Requirements

• 1 year(s) post graduate experience
• Valid Passport/Visa
• Fully compliant and cleared to work
• DBS or Police Check
• HCPC Registered
