If you possess 18 to 36 months of prior experience in allied healthcare, nursing, life sciences, or health technology recruitment and have a strong drive for success, we have exciting opportunities for you. As a successful recruiter, you will be responsible for cultivating customer relationships, driving growth, and leading, motivating, and mentoring recruitment consultants on your team.

What you will be doing

  • Embracing full accountability for your team’s success, achieving targets, candidate recruitment and retention, building strong client relationships, managing the day to day and delivering the long-term strategy 
  • Leading sales initiatives and campaigns to market recruitment services to customers, both candidates and clients
  • Driving sales activity to achieve gross profit and KPI targets and client expectations
  • Identifying customers, developing, building and maintaining relationships with candidates and clients, including face-to-face meetings
  • Creating and implementing processes and solutions to add value and build divisional success and efficiencies
  • Ensuring customer excellence at all times with ongoing account management of placements, to ensure continued candidate and client success, and timely resolution of any issues raised
  • Ensuring compliance with all statutory, contractual, commercial, legal, financial, data protection, GDPR, safeguarding and Framework requirements
  • As the division grows, leading, motivating and inspiring team members to achieve high performance and manage the day-to-day, offering support, constructive feedback and guidance to ensure each individual is the best they can be

What you will bring

  • At least 18 months of specialist recruitment experience
  • Motivation, tenacity and commitment to work smart and hard, and achieve targets and deadlines
  • Effective leadership and people management skills
  • Ability to problem-solve, resolve conflict and people management issues, be solutions focused and identify continuous creative innovations
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, teamwork and influencing skills
  • Solutions focus and positivity when faced with rebuttal, rejection or objections
  • Excellent time management, organisation and prioritisation skills
  • Competent user of IT, including Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
